If you have been impacted by the closure of the Newburgh Dental Practice and are unable to register at another local practice, emergency dental care remains available through our public dental service. This can be arranged through Fife’s dental advice line on 01592 226555, which is open on weekdays from 8.30am to 5pm, or via NHS 24 on 111 during evenings and weekends.

I can engage with both UK and Scottish Government departments on your behalf, however on some occasions your MSP or Local Councillor may also be able to support if the issue is devolved to Scottish Parliament or a Local Authority, Fife Council concern.
Please note I aim to respond to all contact from Constituents quickly, however if you contact me about a National Policy or Campaign issue you have signed up for, due to the volume of emails I receive, the response may take longer.

You can check if you are in my Constituency area, as due to Parliamentary protocol, I will not be able to assist with casework if you are not my Constituent. This link will guide you to the correct MP.

Visa Issue
Wendy assisted Shruti Narayanswamy, a staff member at St Andrews University, with several visa issues.

Energy Billing
Wendy intervened when an energy company were incorrectly billing a constituent.

"Thank you for all you help, I have now had confirmation of my billing being changed to the correct rate and a refund of the extra money, I have paid since 2018. I could not have done this on my own and thank you for your taking this up on my behalf. The relief it is sorted for me is immense and I can now manage my energy costs, in the confidence I am paying the correct rate each month."

Benefit Issues
Wendy highlighted the standard of service a constituent was receiving from the Department for Work and Pensions. Errors in service were acknowledged, with the constituent receiving money owed to them.

“Wendy and your team, please accept a massive thank you. I have been awarded a backdated payment, a substantial amount. I cannot emphasise just how brilliant this is and thank you all for all this help."
